Refund Policy

**Scienoteq Refund Policy**

**1. Introduction**

Thank you for choosing Scienoteq Group. We understand that plans can change, so we have instituted the following refund policy to accommodate our attendees.

**2. General Guidelines**

– Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our official email address.

– Refund requests made via phone or any other means will not be considered.

– The name and date of the conference, ticket or registration number, and the payment method used for the purchase must be included in the refund request.

**3. Refund Amounts**

– **Full Refund**: Requests made more than 60 days prior to the conference date will receive a 100% refund minus any processing fees.

– **Partial Refund**: Requests made between 45 to 60 days prior to the conference date will receive a 50% refund minus any processing fees.

– **No Refund**: No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 45 days prior to the conference date.

**4. Exceptions**

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, special consideration may be given. Documentation verifying the emergency may be requested.

**5. Processing Time**

Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of refunds once they have been approved.

**6. Transfer Option**

Instead of a refund, attendees have the option to transfer their registration to another individual or to a future Scienoteq Group. Transfer requests must be made at least 20 days before the conference date and must be communicated in writing.

**7. Cancellation of the Conference**

In the unlikely event that the Scienoteq Group is cancelled, all registered attendees will be informed immediately, and a full refund will be provided.
